Biography

In November 2021, law enforcement officers invaded the home of Aleksey Pasynkov and Yuliya, who live in Stavropol and are raising a disabled son. He was suspected of extremism only because of his belief in Jehovah God. At the same time, searches were carried out at the homes of Aleksey's brothers in Karachay-Cherkessia.

Aleksey Pasynkov was born in February 1988 in Moscow. The mother raised her sons alone, as the father left the family when she was pregnant with the third child. Her second son was then only 1.5 years old, and Aleksey was 10 years old.

As a child, Aleksey was fond of basketball and played table tennis. Immediately after school, he got a job. He works as a plumber and decorator.

In the 1990s, Aleksey, along with his mother and brothers moved to Tashkent (Uzbekistan), then they lived in Kazakhstan for some time, and in 1998 they moved to his mother's parents in Karachay-Cherkessia. Then Aleksey lived for 6 years in Sol-Iletsk (Orenburg Region), and currently lives with his wife and son in Stavropol.

His mother was the first in the family to start studying the Bible in 1997 in Kazakhstan. Three years later, she decided to live by Bible principles. Soon Aleksey also became a Christian. He recalls: “I was impressed by how kindly Jehovah's Witnesses treat each other.”

Since November 2013, Aleksey has been married to Yuliya, who shares his views on life. By profession, she is a nail specialist, but now she devotes all her time to caring for their disabled child, who is completely dependent on the help of his parents.

The prosecution seriously affected the already difficult life of the Pasynkov family. Since they live in Stavropol, whereas the criminal case was initiated in Karachay-Cherkessia, trips to another region cost Aleksey time and money. He does not manage to complete enough work, as the investigator can call him at any time. Also, the couple worries about how the criminal prosecution will affect the life of their child. Going to the store, clinic or anywhere else for the boy is possible only if accompanied by one of the parents.

Aleksey's relatives are also worried about what is happening, they are especially concerned that his child could grow up without a father.
