Aleksey Loskutov was born in 1978 in Chita. He married Yelena in 1999. The couple has two daughters, a student and a schoolgirl. Aleksey is a process engineer in Russian Railways. Their Bible study unified and improved the family. They like spending time with friends and traveling.
