On October 21 and 22, 2019, six believers from Orenburg were charged again, under different articles of the Criminal Code.
On April 10, 2019, Orenburg Court refused to grant the petition of an investigator who wanted to block Vladimir Kochnev and Vladislav Kolbanov from leaving the house at nighttime. For now, they are prohibited from socializing with other people involved in the case, both by phone and via the Internet, and exchange emails.
Measures have been reduced from prison detention to restrictions on various activities, and even just on travel, but believers still face the threat of up to 10 years in prison. Investigators demand the right to hold them under guard in failed attempts to force them into self-incrimination.
On 3 August 2018, the Leninskiy District Court of Orenburg issued a ruling to impose house arrest on V. Kochnev and A. Suvorov. At the same time, the Magadan Regional Court transferred K. Petrov from detention to house arrest.
On 19 May 2018, the district court put Witnesses Vladimir Kochnev (38 years old) and Aleksandr Suvorov (38 years old) behind bars. 25-year-old Vladislav Kolbanov was transferred to house arrest.
