Criminal Case Against Witnesses From Vladivostok Sent Back to the Prosecutor

On November 12, 2019, the Leninsky District Court of Vladivostok, chaired by Judge Anton Sklizkov, returned the case naming Valentin Osadchuk to the prosecutor. The defendants in this case are also six women, the oldest of whom is 85 years old.

09.04.2018 Следственный отдел УФСБ России по Приморскому краю возбуждает уголовное дело об экстремизме. Один из фигурантов — Валентин Осадчук.
19.04.2018 В рамках уголовного дела во Владивостоке проходит серия обысков, во время которых сотрудники ФСБ допрашивают 83-летнюю Елену Зайщук, 66-летнюю Наилю Когай и 42-летнего Валентина Осадчука. С пожилых женщин правоохранители берут подписку о невыезде, а Осадчук задержан на 48 часов.
21.04.2018 Фрунзенский районный суд Владивостока продлевает срок задержания Валентина Осадчука еще на 72 часа.
