The court postponed the hearing on the claim of Jehovah's Witnesses demanding to annul the warning of the Prosecutor General's Office

On October 12, 2016, the hearings on the lawsuit of Jehovah's Witnesses, which demand that the "Warning on the inadmissibility of extremist activity", issued by the Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia, be declared illegal. The parties have been given time to familiarize themselves with the new documents. Jehovah's Witnesses strongly object to labelling them "extremists," emphasizing that extremism is deeply alien to their biblically based views and morals.
