In Sverdlovsk Region, Criminal Case for Faith Opened Against Girl and Her Mother With Disability

On May 30, 2019, in the town of Karpinsk (Sverdlovsk region), a criminal case was initiated against 19-year-old Darya Dulova solely on religious grounds. Investigators believe that she professes the views of Jehovah's Witnesses. For the same reason, her disabled mother has been under a recognisance agreement for a year.
