Case of Bazhenov and Others in Saratov
В деле Баженова и других в Саратове 6 обвиняемых. Константин Баженов, Феликс Махаммадиев и Алексей Буденчук уже провели по 343 дня в следственном изоляторе, после чего на них был наложен запрет определенных действий. Роман Гридасов и Геннадий Герман провели за решеткой по 2 дня. С них, а также с 6-го обвиняемого Алексея Мирецкого взята подписка о невыезде.
Гонения на веру в регионе возглавила УФСБ России по Саратовской области. Следователи отдают себе отчет в том, что в деле нет потерпевших, а в словах и действиях верующих нет ничего похожего на призывы к насилию. Обвинение носит лишь формальный характер и основывается на том, что Верховный суд России одним махом признал экстремистскими все 396 зарегистрированных организаций Свидетелей Иеговы в России.
