Case History

Maxim Khamatshin was a witness in the case of his co-religionist, Yevgeny Bushev. In June 2023, he himself became a defendant in a criminal case for his faith. A month later, investigator Chepenko, who had several criminal cases against Jehovah’s Witnesses in the Chelyabinsk region, took a recognizance not to leave and proper behavior from Khamatshin.
